Day 2 (1 1/2)

Well, I have not made it to the gym or walked the dog yet. However, I have cooked both nightly meals. Baby steps folks, baby steps. I really like the one tonight and will post pics and recipes when I get on a real computer, not my tablet. Hold your breath, I threw out a half a piece of cheesecake today. I had it from Saturday night and had every intention of eating the other half yesterday before I officially started low carbing today but I forgot! Holy shit, how did I forget the cheesecake! I might have, maybe had one tiny taste of it before I threw it out. But only if you count that sort of thing. I figure if you are walking towards the trashcan with it and you taste it, it really doesn't count. I also think I am going to have to add "test kitchen" to the end of my blog title because I really don't know if what I am cooking is actually going to be delicious or not. I may have to rate each recipe on a scale of 1-5. For fun I may try to find little French bread loaves instead of beans. Anyway, I successfully straightened the house before the housekeeper came today so the house is looking good for Butch's arrival home after 21 days gone. Can't wait to see him tomorrow evening and win the 330 million Mega Millions prize :)
